Floating feather is having a block party. Come on out!
Boise Weekly's first-ever block party starts at 10 a.m. sharp with crafts from the craftiest bastards in town and a bloody mary contest in which the top bloody marys in town, as determined by you, the readers, will duke it out for top honors.
Local bands will take the stage all day long, the kids will have their own kid distraction world set up with games and kid-safe fun while the adults indulge in more adult-like beverage-related activity, skateboarders will be tearing it up on the half-pipe ... how much more do you really want to know?
Here's one more thing you need to know: We're raffling off a brand new vespa at The Big LeBoise. Tickets are $10, you don't have to be present to win. Stop by BWHQ to check it out. Buy at ticket while your here or pick on up at BW's booth at Alive After Five.
The party goes until 10 p.m.
Friday, August 27 6:30 pm. 8th street between Main and Idaho.
