My business has a location in Boise or Garden City.

My business is privately held.

My business is registered in Idaho with no corporate or national headquarters outside of Idaho.

At least 50% of our business is owned by residents of Ada or adjoining counties.

We can make independent decisions regarding the name and look of our business.

We can make independent decisions regarding all business purchasing, practices, and distribution.

We pay all of our own marketing fees, rent, and other business expenses without assistance from a corporate headquarters.
