Shu’s Idaho Running Company is a locally owned and operated running specialty store in the Boise northend. We fit people for shoes by getting to know their fitness goals, past injuries, and assessing their foot-strike and gait type. At Shu’s we have an excellent selection of running/walking/gym shoes as well as great workout apparel. Our store was founded by Mike Shuman, who still owns and operates the store. Mike loves our Treasure Valley community and is committed to help anyone and everyone. We sponsor many local events, races, and charities.
