We refuse to charge sellers a 6% brokerage fee. Our seller fees range from 2% to 5% of the sales price of the home. This means on a $250,000 house we will save a seller between $2500 and $10,000 when comparing us to a 6% broker. Tiger Prop pays for professional photography, color flyers and staging or cleaning. If you buy a home with Tiger Prop, we will give you 20% of the selling side brokerage fee as a credit at the close of escrow.
